Here you will not find a warehouse full of a limitless supply of cookie-cutter inventory, rather a special collection of hand-selected items.
Our stuff sells out quickly, but popular items are restocked as much as possible. Please keep an eye on our facebook page. We post daily at 730am & 730pm. We will soon have an email list to sign up for, for restock notification!
IN-STORE RETURN POLICY: Returns gladly accepted within 7 days of purchase date with receipt & in original condition. The item must have tags attached, and not altered in any way. PHONE ORDERS:
Starting on June 1, 2012 our return policy for phone orders is slightly changing. Due to the high volume of phone calls (and then in turn, returns) we are struggling to get in contact with our customers to get credit card info to return the items. Starting June 1st, phone orders will be treated the same way as online orders. In state will have 7 days to return, and out of state will have 14 days to return. We will no longer be able to give a full refund, instead, you will receive in store credit ( a gift card). Please let us know if you have any questions!
ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY:
Returns/Exchanges for "In Store Pick-UP"
All items accepted within 7 days of purchase with receipt & in original condition for exchange or In store credit only. No exchanges/In store credit will be given without proof of purchase - must have receipt. All clearance, earrings & seasonal items are final sale. Please note that we need at least 48 hours to process all in-store pick-up’s. Our warehouse is not open on Saturday & Sunday, so orders placed those days for in-store pick up will not be processed until Monday, and cannot be picked up until Tuesday. Merchandise may not be returned in store to then re-purchase for any promotions/discounts that are being run in-store. Once merchandise is returned in store for exchange/in store credit, it is delivered back to the warehouse.
Returns/Exchanges for "Shipping"
All items accepted within 7 days of purchase (in state customers) & 14 days of purchase (out of state customers) with receipt & in original condition for exchange or in store credit only. No exchanges/in store credit will be given without proof of purchase - must have receipt. All clearance, earrings & seasonal items are final sale. Please note that if your package is not received by the 7 or 14 day deadline, it will be rejected & returned to you at your expense. Once items are received and evaluated to make certain they meet our return policy, we have 24 hours to process the return. We will then send out a gift card for the returned merchandise.
Exchanges
We like to make exchanges as easy and as fast as possible. If you would like to make an exchange please call and let us know what item you would like and we will pull it for you. We will call you for the exact shipping amount to reship the exchanged item. We will only hold exchange items for 5 days.
**Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEX along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us. We do not refund shipping charges**
Shipping Policy: - Most Internet orders placed before 11am Central Time Monday through Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day. - Please note, orders placed after 11am Central Standard Time Monday through Friday, may not be processed until the following business day. - Orders placed after 11am Friday generally will be processed on the following Monday.
